It’s the start of a very busy week and I’m fired up to be able to lead it off with some time at the Keightley Classic Golf Tournament on Monday morning (and again later in the day). I won’t be golfing as I still have some stitches in my neck from a small procedure I had done a week and a half ago (everything’s fine, just some “routine maintenance”).
But I will ride around the course and give golf tips to everyone who needs them – and most of the folks who don’t!
In the afternoon I have a special lunch planned with a small, exclusive gathering of some of Texas Roadhouse’s preferred customers. We will be discussing the book and enjoying a great meal.
In the afternoon, we’ll be doing individual workouts again and when those are completed, I head straight to our third book signing in three days at the Barnes & Noble in Hamburg Pavilion (7-9 p.m.). I hope that all of you in Fayette county who weren’t able to join us over the weekend will be able to make it out to this signing on the eve of the book’s national release on Tuesday.
(Many of you have been asking if I am signing any memorabilia at these signings and the answer is “No,” I am only signing books. With sizable signings like the ones we are doing, if we allowed people to bring balls, hats, banners and body parts for signing, we’d all be there for hours upon hours. I hope everyone understands and we will adhere to this policy throughout the tour. Thanks.)
The rest of the week is jam-packed as I traverse the state in support of the book and simultaneously meet with alumni groups along each of our stops. I can’t even tell you how much I am looking forward to this week.
I hope to see you all out on the tour and I thank you in advance for your support of this amazing project I am anxious to share with each and everyone of you.
