#NBACats billboards in New Orleans for NBA All-Star weekend

Kentucky head coach John Calipari loves to talk about the family atmosphere at Kentucky. Once a player puts on that Kentucky jersey they become family, he says.

Nine members of that Kentucky basketball family will compete in New Orleans this weekend during the NBA All-Star break, and UK Athletics wanted to let everybody know about it so it purchased billboard space just outside the Smoothie King Center, home of this year’s festivities. Each of the nine former Wildcat players has their own individual billboard image, there are also four group images (seen below in the tweets) and one big group image of all nine players. That’s 14 total shots rotating on the billboard.

Below the tweets is a complete schedule of the NBA All-Star weekend festivities.
