Men’s basketball goes through late-night workout

Late Wednesday night the Kentucky men’s basketball team went to work.

The Wildcats ditched the hardwood and took to the gridiron at Kroger Field shortly before midnight. The Wildcats, with strength and conditioning coaches Rob Harris and Cameron Bird, ran the stairs, pushed weight sleds, threw around some medicine balls and a whole lot more.
