ESPN college basketball analyst Jay Bilas was in town Saturday to watch Kentucky practice and shoot a segment for an upcoming ESPN broadcast. Bilas and his ESPN crew shot John Calipari as he ran his team through an offensive set and then interviewed Coach Cal about his team, his recruiting philosophy, NCAA rule changes and more.
Afterwards, CoachCal.com had a chance to speak to Bilas and get his view on this year’s team and ask him what he took away from his morning session with the Wildcats. As you’ll see in the video below, Bilas liked what he saw.
