The Cats arrived in Gainesville about 7:15 p.m. on Monday night and went straight to the O’Connell Center to get a feel for the building and go over a few things in a light workout.
Coach Calipari went to dinner with good friends Marty and Matt Jacobson while the team had a meal at the hotel.
With a 9 p.m. tip-off on Tuesday, Coach joked that he will definitely need an afternoon nap in order to stay awake for the late tip.
