Coach Calipari continues be overwhelmed by the ongoing support Big Blue Nation is offering to the “Hoops for Haiti” relief effort he has spearheaded.
“That ‘blue dust’ keeps coming down on everything,” Coach Calipari said after a day of recruiting. “I got a call from a good friend today and he said, ‘Maybe this is the reason you wound up at Kentucky – so you could do things like this.’ I know fate has played a role in my life before and I wouldn’t be surprised if it is again.”
The Calipari Family Foundation is dedicated to improving communities and bettering the lives of those in need. The foundation advocates and invests in policies and programs that make a positive, measurable impact on communities across the country.
