UK-Baylor part of Big 12/SEC Challenge

Now that the SEC/Big East Challenge is history, the Southeastern Conference has come to an agreement with the Big 12 to form an annual Big 12/SEC Challenge. Kentucky’s matchup at Baylor on Dec. 6 in Cowboys Stadium will be a part of the challenge.

Key rule changes under consideration for 2013-14 season

A couple of weeks after the Division I Board of Directors passed a proposal to move the start of preseason practice up, the NCAA Playing Rules Oversight Panel will now consider several rule changes aimed at opening up the game, which saw its lowest average scoring since the 1981-82 season.
