Video: Davis throws out first pitch

Anthony Davis followed the trend of being the latest Kentucky Wildcat to test his arm on the baseball diamond. Davis threw the ceremonial first pitch at the Kentucky-LSU baseball game on Sunday. Two weeks ago Darius Miller threw the opening pitch at the Lexington Legends home opener.

Reds to honor national champions prior to Tuesday’s game

John Calipari and his Kentucky basketball team will proudly wear blue Tuesday when the Cincinnati Reds celebrate and honor the 2012 national champions at Great American Ball Park prior to the Reds’ game with the San Francisco Giants. First pitch is scheduled at 7:10 p.m.

Everyone knows Anthony Davis can block shots, but can he throw a strike? Fans can find out Sunday at Cliff Hagan Stadium when Anthony Davis is set to throw out the ceremonial first pitch before the Kentucky-LSU baseball game at 1 p.m.
