The scariest part of today's game for Coach Calipari and the staff has been that Georgia was impressive in its win over Georgia Tech earlier this week. Does that mean they are better than their 8-5 record would indicate? Probably. Does it mean they can pull off the upset today? Probably not.
This will be a game that may be determined by the benches. If Kentucky is able to use its press effectively and wear out the Bulldogs, conventional wisdom says that the Cats have the deeper bench that will contribute more.
This morning's shootaround was another good effort form the team and Coach (and his special guest) emphasized the need to start things off well in conference play. The traditional halfcourt shot to end shootaround was hit by Darius Miller - on a bank shot.
