Coach Cal and the Kentucky Wildcats joined Samaritan’s Feet at Campton Elementary School to deliver shoes and a message of hope. The following is a photo gallery from a public drawing John Calipari did Thursday at Man O’ War Harley-Davidson for a Harley-Davidson he signed. The motorcycle was a part of an online drawing Coach Cal organized to help the victims of Superstorm Sandy. With the online drawing, the “Rebounding from Sandy” telethon, Papa John’s and more, the American Red Cross and Cal raised $1 million that will go towards rebuilding the Northeast.
Check out a photo gallery of Kentucky’s practice at the brand-new Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., where the Cats will take on Maryland on Friday night in the regular-season opener. The photo gallery was shot by UK Athletics’ Chet White.
With the debut of the “All-Access Kentucky” show, Coach Cal went through ESPN’s media “car wash” earlier in the day to talk about the show, his program and much, much more. We were along for the ride Wednesday and snapped a few pictures along the way.
Another John Calipari Women’s Clinic, another record. A total of 612 women showed up at this year’s women’s clinic, which was held Wednesday at the Joe Craft Center. Women of all ages packed UK’s practice facility Wednesday evening for a chance to get autographs, mingle with the players and staff, and go through drills.
