At this week’s John Calipari Basketball Fantasy Basketball Experience, Taylor and 51 other businessmen, entrepreneurs and average Joes got to play out their wildest basketball dreams and live the life of a Kentucky basketball player.
Coach Cal, The Calipari Foundation, Kentucky and ProCamps did the unthinkable and raised more than $1 million with proceeds from this weekend’s alumni festivities, which included the UK Alumni Charity Game, the John Calipari Basketball Fantasy Experience and a pair of auctions at Coach Cal’s house on Sunday.

Coach Cal and ProCamps raised more than $215,000 with a live and silent auction Sunday night at Calipari’s house. The proceeds from the auctions will be joined with the revenue from the fantasy experience and ticket sales from the UK Alumni Charity Game and given to 16 different organizations at Monday night’s game at Rupp Arena.
On day two of the Basketball Fantasy Experience, participants played two more games, broke down film and attended a social function at Coach Cal’s house. CoachCal.com was there to capture all the action.
The John Calipari Basketball Fantasy Experience is billed as a weekend where campers can live the life of a Kentucky basketball player.
From the moment they arrived at the Joe Craft Center for the fantasy experience, that’s exactly what they got.
