Coach Cal met with the media on Wednesday to talk just about everything. Calipari covered last year and moving on from it, how he’ll approach this year’s team and the gargantuan expectations, the pressure to go 40-0, academics, you name it. Calipari even gave a brief statement on each and every player on next year’s roster.

Nerlens Noel met with the local media Tuesday for the first time since declaring for the NBA Draft. Noel, who toyed with returning to Kentucky because of his knee injury and next year’s recruiting class, said he is grateful for his lone year in college, albeit a short one.
